Are you looking for a varied job where you won’t be sitting behind a computer all day? Then we have the perfect position for you! We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for our office in Lisse (South Holland). In this role, you will perform various administrative and supportive tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. What will you do?
As an administrative assistant, you will register orders, monitor agreed delivery dates and orders, ensure coordination with customers and suppliers, and handle the administrative processing of deliveries.
In addition, you will process incoming shipments, ensure proper bookings in the system, and prepare shipments for delivery.
Finally, you will answer the phone, forward inquiries to the appropriate colleagues, and perform various supporting administrative tasks for project managers and the management team.
Your profile
- You have insight into administrative processes and can work independently.
- You are comfortable being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, providing them with the best support possible.
- You are looking for a varied role with both administrative and supportive tasks.
- You can communicate with international customers in basic English.
- Experience with AFAS software is a plus.
