Vibration monitoring system and cloud gateway
VibSys is an advanced vibration monitoring system and cloud gateway designed to deliver accurate vibration monitoring to any rotating machine, eliminating the need for manual measurements. By seamlessly integrating traditional data acquisition with any data analysis platform, VibSys offers a user-friendly and cost-effective solution, while enhancing machine insights and maintenance efficiency.

Any rotating machine
VibSys extends vibration monitoring coverage to any rotating asset, due to its financial and technical accessibility. This negates the need for inefficient and costly manual vibration measurement rounds.
Open data infrastructure
VibSys features an open data infrastructure, allowing users to integrate the vibration data with their preferred platform for advanced data processing and analysis, without the need of proprietary software.

How does it work?
VibSys functions seamlessly as a gateway between reliable hardwired sensor capabilities and any data analysis platform for further processing and analysis. It acquires and pre-processes data from vibration sensors (accelerometers) and transfers it to any analysis platform via an API, without compromising the quality or availability of the data. The system can also process speed signals and other parameters. Via an 4-20 mA output it is also possible to connect to a PC.
Design
VibSys features two independent channels, allowing for simultaneous monitoring of different points on the machine. This offers a more detailed insight into the condition of the machine. The channel count is scalable by interconnecting multiple VibSys devices.
The system can be installed close to the machinery to reduce infrastructural costs. Its compact transmitter-based architecture (DIN-rail mounted) makes the system easy to install.

Local and cloud access
VibSys features both local outputs to connect to traditional industrial infrastructures and network connectivity for integration with analysis software suites and control systems.
API data interface
The processed data is made available through an API interface, for easy transfer to control systems or data integration platforms.
Axis21: In-depth vibration analysis
Istec presents the Axis21 vibration analysis software platform, seamlessly integrating with the VibSys system. Axis21 provides advanced analysis tools for vibration data, empowering the implementation of predictive maintenance strategies.
