The platform supports any rotating machine, regardless of brand or type. As long as a sensor or transmitter is collecting data, it can be sent to the platform for analysis. This makes it easy to include both critical and auxiliary assets in your monitoring strategy.

The Analysis Suite is built as an open system. Within your plant’s existing ecosystem, any vibration data source can be securely transmitted to the cloud and processed. This means no costly modifications or replacements are required, as the platform integrates seamlessly with your existing infrastructure.

How does it work?
Sensor data is captured at the machine using Istec’s VibSys® hardware or third-party sensors. VibSys® collects and transfers the data securely to the cloud, where the Istec Analysis Suite processes it in real time. Engineers gain insight through AI-powered alerts, trend analysis, and historical comparisons. The platform integrates smoothly with external systems, without requiring changes to existing infrastructure. This flow supports predictive maintenance, remote diagnostics, and better decision-making across machines.

Local and cloud access
A system like VibSys® provides local outputs for direct integration with industrial control systems such as PLCs and DCSs, while also offering network connectivity for modern analysis environments and enterprise-level monitoring. This enables seamless integration from the shop floor to fleet-wide visibility.
API data interface
