TSW 213 – Two-channel Vibration Transmitter
The TSW 213 transmitter is a two-channel vibration transmitter for non-contact shaft vibration monitoring. It calculates the maximum shaft vibration (Smax) according to DIN ISO 10817-1 by combining measurements from two eddy current proximity probes in the X and Y directions.
Accurate Two-channel Shaft Vibration Monitoring
The TSW 213 offers four selectable measuring ranges (50 µm, 125 µm, 250 µm, 500 µm Smax), switchable via DIP switch. It provides frequency ranges of 1–250 Hz, 1–1000 Hz, or 5–1500 Hz with a 20 dB/decade bandpass filter.
The transmitter delivers a 4–20 mA current output for Smax and dual voltage outputs (+4 mV/µm sensitivity with superimposed vibration). Outputs are short-circuit proof and accessible via terminals and BNC sockets. Built-in fault monitoring detects probe interruptions, short circuits, or out-of-range conditions, signaled by a 2 mA alarm and a red LED.
