ES 100 velocity transducer with stainless steel enclosure and industrial cable protection

ES 100 – Velocity Transducer

The ES 100 velocity transducer is a highly reliable sensor designed for precise vibration monitoring in low frequency applications. Its electrodynamic measuring principle enables accurate velocity readings without the need for an external power supply. This makes it ideal for critical rotating machinery such as turbines and industrial pumps operating at low rotational speeds. Built with a fully sealed stainless steel housing, the ES 100 offers excellent durability in harsh environments where oil, moisture, or vacuum conditions are present.

High-performance velocity sensor for industrial monitoring

The ES 100 is ideal for machines operating between 60 and 1000 revolutions per minute. It offers a usable frequency range from 10 to 1000 hertz, which can be extended to 3 hertz using an external frequency linearization module. With a strong output signal of 23 millivolts per millimeter per second, the sensor ensures excellent signal transmission over long distances.

The fully enclosed stainless steel housing provides resistance to oil, water, and vacuum environments. This allows the ES 100 to perform reliably in harsh industrial settings. It supports both vertical and horizontal mounting and offers configurable options for cable exit and protection, making it suitable for integration into a wide range of vibration monitoring systems.
