Customers rate Istec 8.3, with growing trust in our expertise

In its triennial customer satisfaction survey, Istec received an average rating of 8.3 from its customers, a significant increase compared to 2021, when the score was 7.8. It is a result to be proud of, showing that our focus on quality, reliability and service is both recognised and maintained, even during a period of growth and development.

The survey results paint a consistently positive picture. Customers value our collaboration, service and technical support with high scores, confirming that Istec is a strong partner in both projects and long-term relationships.

The Istec products stand out in particular, with customers rating performance at 8.8, quality, reliability and durability at 8.6, and ease of use at 8.2. These scores show that our products combine technical excellence with practicality, easy maintenance and long-term reliability in critical environments, reinforcing Istec’s position as a trusted partner for organisations that prioritise safety and continuity.

The positive feedback motivates Istec to keep building for the future. The team is working on VibSys, a new vibration monitoring system that makes advanced vibration diagnostics accessible for a wider range of rotating machinery, and on a cloud-based vibration analysis platform that provides real-time insights and AI-supported analyses. Both innovations will launch in 2026, marking the next step in the digitalisation of vibration monitoring.
