TSW 101 M1 – One-channel Vibration Transmitter
The TSW 101 M1 transmitter is a one-channel vibration transmitter designed for non-contact measurement of relative shaft vibration using eddy current proximity probes. With selectable measuring ranges and robust fault monitoring, it is ideal for reliable vibration measurement in rotating machinery.
Accurate and Reliable Shaft Vibration Monitoring
The TSW 101 M1 provides selectable dynamic measuring ranges of 125 μm, 250 μm, or 500 μm (peak-to-peak), adjustable via a DIP switch. Its wide frequency response of 1–1000 Hz with a bandpass filter ensures accurate vibration monitoring across different operating conditions.
The transmitter outputs both current (4–20 mA) and voltage signals. The voltage output provides a static gap signal with 4 mV/μm sensitivity and superimposed vibration, fully short-circuit protected and isolated. A zero-point correction feature allows fine adjustment of the 4 mA baseline, ensuring signal stability even during machine shutdown.
Fault detection is integrated, generating alarms when the probe is outside its range or if interruptions/short circuits occur in the sensor or cabling. Status is indicated via a red LED for fault and a green LED for readiness.
