TSG 202 – One-channel Vibration Transmitter
The TSG 202 transmitter is a one-channel vibration transmitter designed for absolute vibration velocity measurement using electrodynamic velocity transducers. It measures the true RMS value of vibration velocity in accordance with ISO 10816-1, making it ideal for condition monitoring of rotating machinery.
Absolute Vibration Monitoring with Electrodynamic Transducers
The TSG 202 provides selectable measuring ranges of 10, 20, and 30 mm/s RMS, with an optional custom range defined by the customer. It supports a standard frequency range of 10–1000 Hz and can optionally be extended down to 3 Hz with a frequency linearization option.
The transmitter provides both current (4–20 mA) and unfiltered RAW voltage outputs, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of monitoring systems. Built-in fault monitoring continuously detects sensor or cable interruptions, indicated by a red LED and a 2 mA alarm signal. An optional relay output is available for advanced system integration.
